1. Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and we'll notify you of significant changes.
2. Services Provided
EliteLine Davis Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are performed by trained professionals according to industry standards.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide free estimates for all services. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found on-site, additional materials needed, or changes requested by the client. We'll always communicate any pricing changes before proceeding with work.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
We schedule services based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and our service route. While we strive to maintain consistent schedules, circumstances may require adjustments. We'll notify you of any significant schedule changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
5. Property Access and Conditions
You grant us access to your property to perform scheduled services. Please ensure that gates are unlocked and any obstacles are cleared from work areas. If we cannot access your property on the scheduled date, we'll attempt to contact you and reschedule.
You're responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hidden features before we begin work. We're not liable for damage to unmarked utilities or features.
6. Liability and Insurance
EliteLine Davis Landscaping is fully insured for general liability. We take care to protect your property during our work, but we're not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage from natural causes, or issues outside our scope of work.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
7. Weather and Natural Factors
Landscaping and lawn care are affected by weather, soil conditions, pests, diseases, and other factors beyond our control. While we use professional methods and quality materials, we cannot guarantee specific results or that plants will survive. We'll advise you on proper care and maintenance to give your landscape the best chance of success.
8. Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days and we'll work to make it right. Warranties on plants and materials are subject to proper care and maintenance.
Any warranties provided by manufacturers of materials or products we install are passed through to you according to the manufacturer's terms.
9. Disputes and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Yolo County, California before pursuing legal action.
